Join RAVEN and Scout in welcoming Ms.PAN!K aboard the Providence for the Festival Afloat 2022 Salish Sea Tour!

Ms.PAN!K is an Award nominated Haida loop-poet, interdisciplinary artist and producer.

Experimental loop-pedal-driven soundscapes merge and mix vocal elements, traditional drum, guitar and percussion all overlaid with poignant lyrics to satiate and meditate on. Haida wisdom is woven with multiple genres as she explores live PA and production; weaving indie and folk roots with elements of hip hop, spoken word, and indie Indigenous soul.

I believe that to move forward into a future of collective abundance & success, that we must honour the traditional territories of the Nations and the sacred laws that have existed across Turtle island for time immemorial.

Indigenous justice and traditional laws rooted in respect & stewardship of the lands that support and sustain all living beings predate the western colonial constructs that risk the well being of our communities. Our future health as a society & civilization will be based on how we honour the reality that we are not entitled to endless taking, and that we need to give, give back and operate in reciprocity with one another, cultivate abundance on our shared Earth.
