On June 13th, Smithers marked the one-year anniversary of the federal governments approval of the Northern Gateway pipeline with a show of strength to reaffirm their opposition to this dangerous project. Despite some cool & wet weather, local musicians kept the crowd toe-tapping and enteretained.
According to an attendee, the music was great, and the hamburgers and smokies were a hit, with over 100 sold!
