In 2021, we’re launching an innovative new intervenor fund, which will allow Indigenous Nations to bring the strength of an Indigenous-rights framework to important legal actions across the country. Intervenors can provide evidence and influence outcomes without having to bear the costs of the entire case, making this a high value but relatively low-cost way to access justice.
Right now, we are behind closed doors crafting highly strategic campaigns with two new Indigeous partners. Contribute now and help seed major new campaigns planned for both B.C. and Eastern Canada in 2021. In the meantime, check out our new bilingual website!
