On November 7th, RAVEN hosted a webinar with representatives from Kebaowek First Nation and the Gitxaała Nation to discuss how they are both using UNDRIP in Canadian law and what they are hoping to achieve. We are so grateful to the lawyers and representatives for their time and expertise, and for everyone who joined in solidarity. The decisions in both cases will shape how UNDRIP applies in the Canadian legal system for decades to come, and your ongoing support ensures that Kebaowek and Gitxaała have access to justice as their pursue their respective cases. Your donations make this possible, please consider donating to further your support.
