Just a week after the TMX Federal Court decision, it was amazing to have Tsleil Waututh lawyer Eugene Kung on the call to walk us through the next steps for Indigenous legal action and to inspire us with how many cards remain to be played in the sophisticated legal strategy of Tsleil Waututh and other Indigenous Nations opposing TMX.
