1. When does the auction start and finish?
   1. July 1st 12:00AM PT to July 31st 11:59PM PT 
2. Where and how can I place a bid?
   1. We are using AirAuctioneer, a web platform for hosting Online Auctions. 
   2. You are required to set up an account to bid using a valid email address so you can receive confirmation emails that your bid was placed, if you are the winning bidder, and how to make payment. 
   3. Review the items here and enter your bid amount and click the ‘Place Bid’ button.
3. Why are you using AirAuctioneer?
   1. We chose AirAuctionner for our auction because of the low cost and connection to Stripe (our payment processing platform).
4. What emails will I get from AirAuctioneer?
   1. You will receive bid confirmation emails 
   2. A notification if someone outbids you
   3. A notification if you are the winner
   4. You can turn off these notification emails through your account settings under “notifications” 
5. Can I get a tax receipt for my bid?
   1. Auction buyers may request a charitable tax receipt for the difference between the value and the final bid only if the final bid exceeds 125% of the value of the item.
   2. Example: A bike is donated to a charity for an auction

• The fair market value of the bike at the time of donation is $400
• The fair market value of the bike is posted at the auction
• The winning bid for the bike at the auction is $550

Calculation of eligible amount

Winning bid (the gift)                                     $550
Less advantage:      Bike $400
Total advantage                                                $400
Eligible amount                                                 $150 

The amount of the advantage is $400 and a receipt may be issued to the winning bidder for the eligible amount of $150.

6. What happens if I am the winner on my bid?
   1. You will receive an email to inform you that you are the winner!
   2. To make a payment you will need to go into your account and see your winning item in your cart
   3. Process the payment through AirAuctioneer
      1. You will receive a receipt from Stripe  
   4. Once Payment is received we will follow up with you regarding how you will receive your item(s)! 
   5. If your bid qualifies for a Tax receipt, we will process that by August 5th.
7. Will RAVEN ship items?
   • Yes! For items that do not require you to be in person, RAVEN will ship the winning bidder the item. Shipping is worldwide and not at the cost of the bidder.
