Ted Grand was turning 50, and he wanted to do something more meaningful than just receive a bunch of messages on Facebook or a pile of presents. He set up an online fundraiser and raised over $7000 for RAVEN: and now, so can you!

When you celebrate your birthday, it’s a chance for friends and family from around the world to reach out. Social media generally triggers a lot of warm messages, but what if there were an easy way to use that networked power to raise money for a cause that’s close to your heart?

Well… ta dah!!! We’ve set that up! RAVEN now offers online crowdfunding for birthdays and other milestone celebrations. You can now setup an online fundraising page HERE. Tell your story, set a goal, and send it out to your friends and family about a week before your big day. Invite them to donate $5 or $500 to support Indigenous People in protecting wild and sacred places.
