RAVEN is Hiring: Are you the next RAVEN Operations Manager?

Summary of the role:

The Operations Manager is an essential member of the RAVEN team and is responsible for maximizing and strengthening the internal capacity of RAVEN to fulfill its mission. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization, providing robust and culture-building leadership. This role increases capacity in infrastructure and processes, fosters, and nurtures a healthy and productive organizational culture, coordinates some aspects of human resources (particularly onboarding and orientation), and manages and innovates steady state and emerging systems and flows throughout the organization.

  • Oversee and provide leadership in day-to-day operations and functions, including office administration.
  • Financial Management and Accounting Support
  • IT Management 
  • People and Culture Management
  • Project Management and Capacity Building

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in business, management, accounting, Human resources, or non-profit sector management
  • 2 – 4 years in a similar position (operations management, HR manager, IT manager)
  • Experience working in non-profit and/or charitable organizations
  • Experience managing at least one direct report

Salary range

$76,741.00 to $83,200.00

Working conditions

  • This is an in-office position which involves working mainly indoors and may also involve occasional work at events which may be outdoors, or at other venues
  • Occasional lifting of equipment such as computers, chairs, or comparable items up to fifteen (15) kilograms may be required
  • Extended periods working at a computer may be expected
