Pull Together for BC: A night of Live Music & Spoken Word – Nov. 22

Saturday, November 22 – 7 – 10pm at St. Barnabas Church Hall, corner of Begbie and Belmont. 

Victoria artists are getting together to share their talent with you in an unforgettable night of music, poetry, story-telling, live-auction of original art and dance!

Pull-Together for First Nations against Enbridge with spoken word artist Janet Rogers, singer/songwriter Chris Ho, jazz vocalist Anne Schaefer, worldbeat concocters Compassion Gorilla, author Monique Gray-Smith, humorist-musician Art Napoleon and the rocking Bald Eagles band.

Community leader Dr. Jacquie Green of the Haisla Nation will talk about her Northern community and why the Enbridge pipeline must never be built.

A food truck & cash bar will keep you going. Suggested donation:  $25 per person at the door.

All proceeds raised will go to RAVEN trust to support the Gitxaala, Kitasoo/Xai’Xais, Heiltsuk, Haida, Nadleh Whut’en and Nak’azdli Nations in their legal battle against the Northern Gateway pipeline project.
