Survey Distribution, Data Analysis, and Summary Report Services.

RAVEN is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising legal defence funds to assist Indigenous Peoples who enforce their rights and title to protect their traditional territories.

We are seeking proposals from qualified vendors to assist us in distributing a survey, analyzing the collected data, and providing a comprehensive summary report. The objective of this project is to gather valuable insights and information from our target audience and use this data to make informed decisions. The surveys will be completed by our individual donors, subscribers and aligned NGOs.  The intended audience of results is for RAVEN staff and to share high level report with our funder, we may use the results to supplement annual report but it will be mostly used internally to RAVEN.

I. Scope of Work

1. Survey Distribution:
   ● Design and create an online survey process that aligns with our objectives.
   ● Ensure the survey is user-friendly, accessible, and compatible with various devices.
   ● Deploy the survey to our target audience that includes a variety of stakeholders through
   various channels, such as email, social media, and our website.
   ● Monitor and manage the survey distribution process, including reminders and follow-ups, to
   maximize response rates.
   ● Provide a secure and confidential data collection mechanism.
2. Data Collection and Analysis:
   ● Collect and compile all survey responses.
   ● Clean and preprocess the data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
   ● Conduct a detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis of the survey data.
   ● Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data.
   ● Perform statistical analysis as necessary.
   ● Deliver interim updates on the progress of data analysis via email.
   ● Convene focus group to delve deeper into issues, if required.
3. Summary Report:
   ● Prepare a comprehensive summary report that includes:
   o Executive summary
   o Methodology used in data collection and analysis
   o Key findings, insights, and recommendations
   o Data visualizations (charts, graphs, tables)
   o Supporting narratives and explanations
   o Comparative analysis, if applicable

The report should be in a format suitable for presentation to our internal stakeholders and should be
easy to understand. Include an opportunity for our team to discuss and clarify the report’s findings
with the vendor.

II. Proposal Submission
Interested vendors are requested to submit their proposals by November 17, 2023 to Danielle Wilson,

1. Brief overview of your history and experience in survey design, development, distribution and
   data analysis.
2. References from previous clients (preferably in a similar industry).
3. Proposal Details:
   a. Detailed description of your approach to survey design, development, distribution, data
   collection, and analysis.
   b. Proposed timeline and milestones for the project.
   c. Pricing structure, including any additional costs (e.g., survey platform fees, software
   licenses).
   d. Information on the team that will be assigned to this project, including qualifications and
   experience.

5. Vendor Selection: November 27, 2023
6. Project Kick-off: December 15, 2023
7. Survey Distribution: January 5-19, 2024
8. Data Analysis: January 26, 2024
9. Summary Report Delivery: February 9 2024
