Kate Shippam is heading up to the Peace River this July 11th to Paddle for the Peace.
Here’s why:
“What Treaty 8 is standing up for is in line with what I want this country to look like and the direction that I want us to go in. Yet— they’re in court defending the environment for future generations and my tax dollars funding a government that is doing the opposite.
For this reason I decided to set up a fundraiser to give us the chance to also fund those who are fighting for our future. I hope you’ll join me!”
